Lu's Views: Bon Voyage 2024! Hello! Welcome to my blog. For many years, my husband Larry and I have had a dream of turning our yearly road trips into something longer. After my retirement, we traveled for several months in 2021 and 2022. Now we are starting a new, longer journey. We have sold our Chicago house and streamlined our life, and we are hitting the road in our new 17-foot Bigfoot trailer. We have no fixed itinerary. Our method of travel could best be defined as “go.” Our more immediate destinations are in the Western Hemisphere, specifically Canada and Alaska.
